How do we overcome the fear of "the unknown"?
It is important to know what we are afraid of, many of these fears are infused from our childhood by something that happened to us or by what they told us that it would happen to us if we did something. We have to bear in mind that even when we are no longer children, some of the fears we have learned continue to haunt us for the rest of our lives.
Having understanding of it and wanting to overcome fears will help us to free ourselves from them.
I must also mention that some, if not a great majority of people, are afraid of spirits, in my case it does not apply, I speak with them and it is very satisfying to be able to help people who lost a loved one to find peace and to know that they are well even in the circumstance in which they have died., either by accident or illness, and that despite being in "heaven" they see what we do on earth and have fond memories of when they lived next to us.
Our body is energy, and we inhabit a body here on earth, our body is our vehicle to survive in this world. We come to this land to learn lessons and to ascend in our spirituality when we "return home". That is why when we die and leave our body behind, our spirit continues on its way back home. In reality the only thing that dies is our body.
Finding a greater goal than our motive will lead us in the right direction.
I have to say that through most of my life, I have been very intrigued by the unknown within safe parameters. I have always doubted what they wanted me to believe or what most people followed. I was never a follower of anyone, and I considered myself as a free spirit.. Therefore, a great world with big opportunities opened before my eyes.
These paths led me to discover more about me and the world in which we live.
Always looking for the truth that resonates with who I am.
